Back to School Reminders from the Parents’ Association
The Back to School BBQ was a great success! Thank you to all the parents (and students!) who were willing volunteers to help out. In particular, please give some extra kudos to Angelina Banks and Becca Oelschlegel for going above and beyond.
Some reminders:We are in need of homeroom parents for a few grades: Mrs Cornely’s Montessori class, 4th, 5th, and 7th grades. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to cover the other grades
Please email Colleen McCarthy (cmccarthy@reginacoeliacademy.com) if you can volunteer with lunch
Please remember to complete your hot dog and pizza lunch forms. As a reminder, there will be no milk order this year.
Some reminders about payment:
- Separate checks for each item. If your child(ren) is getting both pizza and hot dog lunch, that means we need two separate checks for each type of lunch. In the memo line, be specific, such as “John Smith: Hot Dog Lunch” for $35, or “John and Jenny Smith: Two Hot Dog Lunches” for $70. If you need more space, put the information on a Post-it note and attach it to the check.
- Write checks out to “RCA Parents’ Association.”
- If you are using cash, ensure we know exactly what is being paid for and for which child, first and last name.
