RCA Celebrates the Class of 2026

Friday June 5th brought the school year to close with the graduation of the class of 2026 at a 9:00 am Liturgy celebrated by Father Anthony Janton. The school community recognized the accomplishments of this outstanding class who brought their leadership qualities to the student body throughout a very busy year.

Congatulations to the grades: Xavier Brooks, Nathan Dickenson, Penelope Espinoza, Philomena Ferguson, Sonya Goldberg, Kensey Kasbar, Brooke Magee, Elizabeth McCarthy, Maria Melecio, Arabella Merola, and Angela Tchato. Seven graduates will attend Martin Saints Classical High School.  Calvary Christian Academy, St. Hubert’s and Villa Joseph Marie are the other high schools the students will attend.

Scholarship Winners

Elizabeth McCarthy will be attending St.Hubert’s, as the recipient of the Howley Scholarship.  Brooke Magee will attend Villa Joseph Marie and she received the Maria Middleton Scholarship.

Graduation Awards

The Knights of Columbus “Cura Personalis” Award is chosen by the administration and given to the Regina Coeli student, who has exhibited cura personalis – that care for the individual beyond the norm.  This award comes with a cash gift. This award was given to Kensey Kasbar.

Blessed Fra Angelico Award is awarded to the student who demonstrates excellence in the Fine Arts: This award was given to Ellie McCarthy.

Fruit of the Spirit Award is given to the student who best demonstrates the Fruits of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.This award was given to Philomena Ferguson.

Saint Carlo Acutis Award: Saint Carlo Acutis was the Patron Saint of the 2025/ 2026 school year. This award is given to the student who has lived our motto, “Jesus is my friend and the Eucharist is my highway to Heaven:” Nathan Dickerson was the recipient.

Saint Thomas Aquinas Award is given to the student who has achieved the highest academic grade point average in eighth grade. This award was given to Penelope Espinoza.

Saint John Chrysostom Award is presented to the student who demonstrates outstanding achievement in the pursuit of learning the logic and rhetoric stages of the trivium, including reading for understanding, rational inquiry, logical deduction, writing and speaking about all the subjects in the curriculum with knowledge, fluency and persuasiveness. The Saint John Chrysostum Award was awarded to Kensey Kasbar.
