Miss Noonan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Saint Joseph’s University. After graduating Miss Noonan completed a year of service at Maggie’s Place in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked as a Children and Family Case Manger in Willow Grove. She also worked as a residential staff member at Guiding Star Ministries in Philadelphia.
Miss Noonan has a great passion for her faith and is involved with her parish and the Sisters of Life.
