Mrs. Cipolla, mother of five, is a self-taught portrait artist, who also developed and taught her own art program for 25 years. Her group of art students, in fourth grade and up, worked weekly at perfecting their skills in drawing, painting, and other mediums. Students learned to critique their own work and develop their skills.
From 2017-2019, Mrs. Cipolla joined the staff of Martin Saints Classical High school in Oreland. As the studio art teacher, she designed their freshman and sophomore art programs.
From 2018 to 2021, she was a faculty member at St. Basil Academy in Jenkintown as an art teacher for students in grades 10-12. She designed and taught five different semester courses during that time period. She also taught at Sunrise Assisted Living in Abington for two years.
Mrs. Cipolla strongly believes that the role of the art teacher is to motivate and encourage personal expression, while exposing the students to all types of art. There is much joy to be found in creating!
