The Start of a New School Year

Families crowded the RCA grounds on Wednesday, September 2, at 5:30 pm to kick off the beginning of a new school year. In this traditional celebration extended to all RCA families, and hosted by the Parents’ Association, families work together bringing food, cooking and cleanup expertise as they caught up after a summer break.

Along with OLHC pastor Father Janton, teachers, administration, children and parents, enjoyed a barbecue with all the trimmings. Among the crowd were RCA new families and the new additions to the faculty and staff: Victoria Canals, Maureen Brett, Casey De Carlo, and Colleen Mc Carthy. RCA students were playing, eating, and enjoying being together after the summer hiatus.

A big thank you to our Parent Association for the hard work they put into the event and to our Lady for holding off the rains until all was done.
